QUICK ANSWER

Jinto is the new region introduced in version 1.0. Unlock it through the game’s championship progression; one September 15 video reports reaching it after five victories, but confirm your own menu’s requirement.

Unlock: follow championship progression

In a launch-day playthrough, the menu explains that winning more championships opens new regions, with Pantro shown before Jinto. A separate first-run video presenter says they completed five victories to unlock the second region. Those are two pieces of video evidence, but the developer’s patch notes do not publish a numbered unlock threshold. Use the requirement displayed in your current client rather than treating the reported number as a permanent hard-coded rule.

What is different once you enter?

Jinto introduces 50+ new Batomon and lands alongside six added trainers and 30+ added trinkets. That makes the identity of an archetype more useful than blindly importing exact demo teams. For a newly offered creature, read its inspect sheet and identify its trigger, typing and evolution before you buy it.

A practical first Jinto shopping checklist

  1. Pick the trainer whose printed ability matches something you are prepared to build around; Burglar changes trinket gift choice, while Twins offers a merge-related payoff in the recorded run.
  2. Inspect the first shop before rerolling; an early productive monster may matter more than one rare chase piece.
  3. Look for a repeatable engine: trinket generation, item-driven level gains, cooldown acceleration or type/status scaling.
  4. Check whether the new monster’s effect happens while it is fielded, at battle start, on victory or on knockout. Do not infer this from its art.
  5. After losing, use Run History and battle recap to decide whether the problem was insufficient survivability or a payoff that never triggered.

What the release does not establish

There is not enough verified evidence here to list every Jinto creature, rarity, exact evolution or a complete ranked metagame. The Tsukumo example documents one observed direction; it is not a universally optimal composition.
